When I got to the dealership to pick up a bike for my mom, I was not planning on buying a bike for myself. I had previously enquired about one they had there, but decided to move in another direction. While Zach W. was taking care of the details of my moms bike, I was approached by Clyde H. He was warm, engaging, and efficient in conversation, without being pushy. He invited me to look at a crf300l that he had on the floor, and brought me over. He introduced me to Austin R., who took my information while talking with me about riding, life, work. He was very approachable and friendly. Once the details were worked out on the bike, I was brought over to the service department to go over service intervals and what to expect. I felt the process was very thorough, and I felt that each person I spoke to cared about what they were doing and did their best to ensure that I knew exactly what to expect. I had a 7+ hour drive home, and Zach, Clyde, and Austin worked hard to get all the boxes checked and made sure I was going home with quality motorcycles and a smile on my face. Overall I had a very positive experience and want to commend those 3 guys in particular for their poise, professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitudes. Even after the sale was done and I was back home, Zach reached out to thank me and follow up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Its easy to just feel like a number at other dealers, but I certainly didnt feel that way with Zach, Clyde, and Austin. I will certainly consider Ridenow Rancho for my future motor sports purchases and want to extend my thanks and gratitude to these gentleman for making it a positive experience.

Called to schedule a service for my 2019 R6, Sal Took excellent care of me. He was able to get me in and out in less than 24 hours. Bike came out looking brand new, and he even threw in a few free T-shirts to top it off. Great overall experience and will definitely be taking my bike back to service here in the future.

I was browsing through helmets and asked Alex for some help. He was absolutely amazing in not only answering my questions, but actually explaining the differences in the quality, construction, and other tech features of each helmet so I could try to determine which one would work best for me. He's also been very helpful when I've asked him about other equipment in the same way on other visits. He definitely knows his stuff!

I have had nothing but great experiences their. Especially most recently, with Beer in Service Dept. He helped me with my new tire I had installed, and many other service questions I had. You guys are AWSOME in customer service!!!

I was wrong !

I submitted a review of my purchase (2016 Honda Pioneer 1000M3P)last week, where I flamed the service department. MY MISTAKE ! My Pioneer was delivered in perfect condition, I should have read the owners manual !

Alex and Matt showed me my error, politely ! It's a long story but I should not have dinged the service dept for a less than perfect delivery.

Everybody did their job well, Alex & Chad in sales, Thiago in finance, and Matt in service. This is my second major purchase from RideNow Boulder and both experiences exceeded my expectations.

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000 SxS M3P from RideNow Boulder. The sales team was very attentive and helpful, especially, Alex and Chad, also Mike in parts. i have previously purchased a Pioneer 700-4 from RideNow Boulder two years ago and would purchase again from RideNow Boulder.

I did have one small issue with the vehicle, the checkout missed the fact that the digital display for the "turf/2wd/4wd/locked diff" indicator is not functioning. To be fair this item is easily missed unless you ride the vehicle far enough to engage the gear-sets.

The new Pioneer is a great SxS and I recommend anyone interested in a SxS consider the new Honda Pioneer 1000 and RideNow Boulder.

I recently purchased my third bike from Ride Now Boulder. It is a 2004 Honda VTX 1300. I got a great deal on the bike and everyone was really nice and professional. After having the bike for only 3 days I came out to a flat rear tire I took the bike back into the shop and they found a nail. They were very helpful and replaced the tube in the rear tire for free. While replacing the rear tire they found some dry rot they missed on the front tire. They were very honest and upfront with me ans replaced the front tire as well. Excellent service!!! This is how dealerships should be treating their customers!! Danny in the financing department was especially great!

I originally went down to purchase an atv at another store but the bike was sold out from under us. I called the Boulder store and they had one in stock and held it for us since we were coming from an hour and a half away drive. Our sales person Prince did an amazing job helping us through the whole process of trading in our old atv and financing our new atv. Once everything was processed the sales manager Danny was also awesome. Felt right at home there and will be willing to drive 2 hours again just to get their service. Two thumbs up!

I recently had issues with a new set of Pirelli tires that I purchased through the service dept back in April 2013. I appreciated the initial offer that if I could find a lower price they would match it. They came within $12 and the labor was lower (thanks Justin!). The problem I had was the tires were losing 3-5 psi every 3 to 4 days. A few weeks ago after calling Justin, I took the bike in, he got it in the back within a few minutes of me getting there. The problem(s) were several cracks along the inner bead of each tire...a manufacture defect. At no charge the tires were replaced with a new set. I want to commend the service staff, especially Justin Domingo for taking care of the situation quickly and in time for me to go on my scheduled ride the following Saturday. A few days after the ride I checked the pressure and noticed they were low again. I aired them up and went to my mechanic for a horn replacement. While there he checked the pressure and it was down again! The problem this time was the lower screws on the valves stems needed more tightening. It took a few rotations on each tire to firmly secure the screws. The tire pressure has remained constant ever since. So overall, Great Job! Some more attention to detail might be in order. Thank you.

Was always honest and straight forward and never low balled me a price quote and then find out it was more. On 12/02/11, I bought my very first MC, a Harley XL1200C. Cody K. was my sales professional and i\I had help from Dustin Warren and Assistant Sales Manager Sebastian in picking my bike and going with HD financing. They treated me very well and with a friendly out going way, not like a used car sales man but more like fiends talking with friends. Even after fell in the parting lot COdy K. helped me and explained what would happen with fixing my bike.
